Shipping policy

*Hiking Tees provides shipping services to the contiguous 48 states, Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated organized territories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated organized territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

*We provide FREE SHIPPING on 2 or More Items.

For Single Item : $4.99 flat rate shipping

*Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) of placing the order. During peak periods (e.g. sales/holidays) these timeframes may be extended without warning. For our made-to-order (custom) products, the processing time ranges up to 10 days before we can ship them.

*Once shipped, allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) to be delivered.

*We highly recommend including your phone number and carefully inputting your address when placing an order. This will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery smoother.

*We process orders daily and will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note for orders shipped via DHL, browser security settings may need to be adjusted to view their tracking page. 

*Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order as it is processed.

*What should I do if I still have not received my parcel?

 Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

 ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
 ● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
 ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

 If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@hikingtees.store with your order  number.

 If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, contact us and we'll see what options we have.
